Firstly, I hope you and your families are all safe and well through this challenging and difficult time.
Following the government announcement that the national lockdown is to be extended to at least 8th March, we are awaiting correspondence from the FA and leagues on a return to football.
The committee are still working behind the scenes getting ready for football to re start and putting things in place for next season.
I would also like to remind you that we are a non-profit organisation which relies on everyone paying their fees and as we have not been able to do any fundraising over the last season and we have lost our main sponsor, your support is vital. However, we do recognise that this has been a very disrupted season so we are looking at offering discounted fees next season, but we will confirm details of this nearer the time.
When we receive any updates from the FA & leagues on the return to football, we will let you know.
Until then we encourage everyone to stay safe and be as active as possible, inside the lockdown guidelines. The FA website has some great resources to keep kids active and learning, linked here and here.
